The clasic AO configuration sans WFS is defined in scao_base.conf. It includes

sim.conf to define some general parameters. It deletes all previous entries,
atm/atm_mk13n50p.conf to define the turbulence profile
atmr_single.conf to force single layer reconstruction
dm_single.conf to define a single DM on the ground
fov_oa.conf to define only on axis FoV
recon.conf to define the parameters about turbulence reconstruction and DM fitting
dbg.conf to define debugging and saving/loading geometry and telemetry.
